Dirty tricks...

The death of Justice Antonin Scalia has placed a political weapon in the Democrats' hands. One of two scenarios may unfold: 1) President Obama nominates a judge who the Senate confirms and swings the court over to a liberal majority; 2) Republicans, their anti-establishment base already angered by their party's acquiescence to the Democrats, will refuse to confirm the nominee and thus be cast as the party of gridlock in November.

One wonders, maybe Scalia's death is not as simple as it seems.
